players village

We call it the Players’ Village – but really it’s for everyone.

The Players’ Village this year will be bigger than ever. With a huge marquee, we’re making sure we can fit everyone in if the weather takes a turn, including any four-legged friends that want to join us.

We’ll have a selection of seating and standing areas available to rest at, both inside and outside. There’s a bar – The Drunken Hooker, a concession stand – The Cream Pie Cafe, charity and brand stalls, and music.

THE DRUNKEN HOOKER & THE CREAM PIE CAFE

Quench your thirst through beer, cider, Whiteclaw, pre-mixed spirits, or something soft or non-alcoholic; our bar staff are on hand to help you stay in the party spirit. If you’re looking for something to line your belly in the morning, we’ll have hot breakfast rolls on offer, as well as tea and coffee.

Throughout the day we’ll keep serving hot drinks and have a selection of baked goods for sale, and in the afternoons we’ll switch it up for a service of hot dogs.

FIRST AID & PHYSIO

We’re proud to once again be offering the services of numerous physios on site, so if you have any niggling injuries you need help with, would like some additional support/protection with some tape, or just need help to stretch off, visit our physio station in the smaller marquee alongside the main one.

We’re also working with Corstorphine First Aid Support and Training to provide a comprehensive first aid service throughout the training and tournament. As always if you need help with anything, speak to anyone wearing a high vis vest, or your Team Liaison Officer and we will point you in the right direction.
